  • I ordered a digital download. When and how will I receive it? 

- Digital downloads include eBooks, workbooks and masterclasses. All digital downloads are automatically delivered to the email address provided at check out. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the system to deliver your order.

  • What is your refund/exchange policy?

- Due to the nature of our product being serviced based and digital downloads, all orders are final sale. There are NO refunds, NO returns or exchanges.

  • Why does the product page show ''Shipping calculated at check out''

- Unfortunately, that is built into our Shopify system and cannot be modified. We currently do NOT offer any PHYSICAL products, therefore nothing will be shipped to you. You will not be asked to provide a shipping address at check out, only your billing address.

  • Your website is rejecting my payment, but when I check my account I see a charge. What does that mean?

- Our servers here at Global eCommerce Resources is extremely secure and will deny any transaction that is flagged as potential fraud. Your billing address must match the address for the credit card on file. Your payment may also be declined if the card number, address or zip code is entered incorrectly numerous times. This is put into place to protect both our business and your identity. If you did not receive an email confirmation from Global eCommerce Resources confirming your order, your order did NOT process. All pending transactions will fall off your account in 3-10 business days depending on your banking institution.
