How long does it take to receive my audit?
Please allow 3 business days for your audit to be complete.
What happens after I order?
You will be redirected to a form where you'll need to complete in order for me to learn more about your business and brand. This helps me give you a more individualized audit that is tailored to specifically for you.
How can I schedule my 30-min session?
Once you've paid for the audit, please allow 3 business days for me to complete. Once the audit is complete, I will email you the audit and send you a link to schedule the date and time you wish to complete your 30-min session.
What are the recordings used for?
The session recordings are for your personal use. Since the session is only 30-mins, I do not want you spending so much time taking notes and not focusing on our session. With the recording, you can listen to it later and take notes then.
What If I need to reschedule or cancel?
Should you need to reschedule your 30-min session, you may do so via the email you received about your appointment. Please provide a 48 hours notice in advance of your session before rescheduling or cancelling. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your purchase. If you cancel your schedule, you will not be refunded. You must reschedule your session within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Why don't you offer refunds?When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.
REFUND POLICY
All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on audit and/or coaching services, since the work for your audit is started shortly after you purchase. I am here to help you reach your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in the service you purchased.
